Since I brought up the intellicast link: I'll help you read it.

All those angular portions of the telemetry, are where each satellite overlaps their data. You'll see those angles all over the globe. Nothing startling.

The reason I gave the link & coordinates, is that tjere is no wind there. It is also a relative dead zone for precipitation- the only one over an ocean on the planet. Also, the infrared measures the cloud temps. If that is the area of most solar radiation, why is it a cool zone?

Anyway, it's just a weather anomaly I pose that coupd have you looking in the right spot for a supposed craft.
