They (more than one) are island slicers.

Sounds stupid, but that's what they are. They are mechanically operated land mass slicing crafts that carve off a piece of land mass at sea and relocate it and they are fitted with drive devices that enable them to float.

This is how some crops will be growing, as they are moving the crops via land mass into warmer climates as the winter freeze occurs in the northern hemisphere. There are missing atolls in the south pacific. This is how they found Amelia Earharts plane and desert island she was castaway upon.

These floating islands are nothing new, they have been doing this for awhile, is how they position air defense sites.
