It's possible the Russians (or the US) have developed a dimensional displacement cloaking device (DDCD).
It's a device which employs hyper-dense dark particles projects a dimensional "sinkhole" which allows affected objects to "disappear" by shifting it onto a adjacent dimensional plane.
What do you think of my hypotheses?
