Feinstein: First Amendment a Privilege and Not a Right

The Constitution itself does not guarantee rights. No document can. It is a declaration of Rights that are God given and as such, are under no man made authority. If they can can convince you that the Constitution gives you your rights, then they can change the Constitution and take those rights away. Luckily the Founding Fathers were wiser. Remember, the Constitution is not meant to tell you what you can do, it is meant to tell the Government what they cannot do.

They want the choise of throwing whatever kind of social group they consider a problem under the bus.

Let's see... the American people have allowed the government, over many generations, to convince them that MANY things fall into the "privilege" category.

By doing so, the American people have conceded that many things that would be enjoyed by a free people, if categorized as a "privilege", are such granted BY the government, thereby also granting the government with the power of "prohibition" of such.

Of course, in the keeping with the corruption necessary to foster any growing government, said government has also been saddled with the opportunity to forgo any such "prohibitions" by means of a tax which they have labeled as "permit" or "license" - the very name signifying that the participant is asking the government to "permit" them enjoyment of the activity in exchange for a tax.

Just look over a few:

Assembling

Means of conveyance by means of automobile

Partaking in various consumer goods (alcohol/ cigarettes)

Possession of firearms

Hunting/ fishing

Farming/ Forestry/ animal possession

and this list continues... just consider how many things/ activities which you may now enjoy at the government's discretion as long as you pay an associated tax.

The American people have been so distracted by the blessings this country has been provided that the very fabric upon which it was built has been turned to grease rags. Just as troubling (especially so as of late), is that this acceptance has accompanied an imprinted line of thought within the populous that "anyone disagreeing with the government's power of creating privilege, prohibition, and taxation" is just "not American", and has no other desire than anarchy, unruliness, and mayhem.

With a now-established history of accepting an ever intrusive and over reaching government as THE answer, ruler, and distributor of "privilege", it is a short, quick ride to the bottom of this slope where we will find The US Constitution holding just about the same validity as "The Cat in The Hat".

Free men don't ask permission.

Rights are natural. as in right to eat food and live and breathe. Everything else is just words on paper that corporations use. I.e you are a corporation as a citizen.

What Feinstein did to the Bill of Rights is the same thing the entire government is to to Social Secuity versus Welfare.

Welfare comes out of the general fund where everyone pays in.

Social Security is a special account set aside for the elderly, and only the people that worked for the private sector paid into the account.

Welfare is an Entitlement

Social Secuity is a commune, savings account for which we pay and only we pay into. You cannot get Social Security unless you paid into it, and you cannot get it until you become of retirement age.

Government is starting to call Social Secuity an "entitlement", which is a deliberate lie.

Also not everyone gets the same amount. People that paid a lot into it get a lot when they retire. People that paid little into it, get little when they retire, and have to suppliment it with Welfare or continue to work.

Government has robbed the private-sector workers blind, and perverted the account to where you cannot even recognize it anymore.

Government has robbed us of over $3,000,000,000,000.00

Welfare and Social Security can never twain.

So therefore

If government can do to us what theyhave done, then you can bet Feinstein can rob you of your Constitutional RIGHTS and get away with it, if you donot stop her dead in her tracks at the pass.
