First of all, God hasn't killed. People have killed. By their own choice. Our choices demean us, just as our choices redeem us.

And if you want to attribute death to God, who is to say death is a bad place? Just because we fear the afterlife because we refuse to acknowledge its existence (other than believing some fairytale place like heaven exists to those of us who deserve it), who is to say that death is the end? Maybe death is the beginning.
