Easiest way to keep your diet on track and get to your target weight
Here's the easy to understand and follow nutrition plan you've been looking for.**

Keep track of what you eat. Keep the proteins above a certain number of grams. Keep the calories below a certain number.

For example, no less than 100 grams of protein per day and no more than 2,000 calories per day.

Get to the protein target first. When you run out of calories eat only fruits and vegetables. The produce will add a lot of fiber, vitamins and water to your intake.

Don't be afraid of fats. Your body needs them. The right fats and proteins will shut off your hunger.
