KungPowMeowMeow (OP) User ID: 27358318 United States 09/17/2013 02:10 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Well, I waited around for him yesterday morning for 2 hrs an when he finally showed up I asked about my package. He said "I saw the sheet for a redelivery, but couldn't find the package, maybe tomorrow". So now I suspect someone misplaced it. Organization? Anyone? Quoting: KungPowMeowMeow And again, I know it must be a stressful job, but this exact run around 2 weeks in a row? I'll buy an honest mistake the first time, but this is a little ridiculous. Whoa... Don't go through the postmaster, or the office. Like I said file a complaint with consumer affairs. They'll take this more seriously. Your mail carrier sucks. "maybe tomorrow" that's bullshit. I'm sorry, OP. I will do that. I'm a very patient and easy going customer to a point. I give the benefit of the doubt until it is not deserved. I'm also curious if there is something I can do about getting back my fee for the registered mail since it obviously got misplaced due to their lack of organization. Anyway, thanks for the advice, I will do so in the AM. "Fortune, honour, beauty, youth are but blossoms dying. Wanton pleasures, doting love are but shadows flying." ---Thomas Campion |

KungPowMeowMeow (OP) User ID: 27358318 United States 09/17/2013 02:21 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have a carrier who's lazy & awful. She never rings or knocks if I have certified mail. She had my son run a certified letter to the house for a signature, because she's too lazy to walk to my door. Which, btw, was illegal for her to do. I filed two complaints & it made no difference. They are lazy employees, and act like they are above a drawn line, if you dare complain. USPS should be embarrassed by their employees, but lazy people are unable to recognize other lazy folk. Quoting: Seagal695 ....hence why the Post Office is failing. And also failing because they hire the most unemployable instead of the best candidate for the position. It is unbelievably wrong to hold aside well paying government jobs for the uneducated underachievers that would probably rather be sitting at home collecting welfare. Gotta max out those quotas. In the meantime those of us who studied in school and got an education and have a drive to succeed have to take jobs paying less than welfare pays. Waaaay off topic I know. Just had to get that off my chest. "Fortune, honour, beauty, youth are but blossoms dying. Wanton pleasures, doting love are but shadows flying." ---Thomas Campion |

I finally got my package today and I think I may have gotten through to this kid that I'm not messing around. I was once again waiting on my porch for him and he was acting all proud to have my package today like he freaking cured cancer or something. As I was signing, he said "you really wanted this thing bad, huh?" I explained that the delay cost my business money, so yes, it was important. Ive been tracking it since it left India." Trying to get the point across that I'm paying attention and persistent. I saw a twinkle of discomfort in his eye. Maybe the next time the lazy bug bites his ass and my package is on his route he'll think twice about ignoring my doorbell. Hopefully. "Fortune, honour, beauty, youth are but blossoms dying. TheWayWeWere User ID: 37200384 United States 09/17/2013 06:10 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So I have a side business making jewelry and order beads from various countries. I make sure I get them sent to me registered mail so I can track them because they aren't cheap. The last two times I tracked my packages, the day they were to be delivered I happened to be home and the doorbell never rang. Later that day on the USPS website, it says something to the effect of delivery attempted, notice left. I would only be minorly annoyed with picking it up at the post office, but there was no notice in my mailbox, so I can't even do that. Quoting: KungPowMeowMeow The last time this happened I scheduled a redelivery online, got up early and sat on my porch until the mailman arrived. I asked him if he had a package for me to sign for and stammered it was back in the truck and he'd have to bring it back when he finished my street. I said on, just ring the doorbell and I'll come down and sign. About 15 mins later I went back outside and saw him walking away with my package and hollered to him. He again stammered and said he didn't find the doorbell. I told him it right next to the mailbox and showed him. He was just acting strange all around. So this past Friday the same "notice left" message on the site with no notice in my box and now I guess I'll spend the morning on my porch waiting for him fuck this makes me mad. What's the problem here? Is he too lazy to ring the freaking bell, too stupid to figure out how or is he dumb enough to try to steal my stuff even though it is registered? What really burns me is my lost income due to this asshole who is easily making more money than I am working 2 jobs and he's too lazy or stupid to even do a basic task. The other thing that bothers me is what else isn't being delivered? Anyone here work for the post office and try to give me some in site before I file a complaint? Grrrrr!
