You know what America needs in it's future new constitution? A way to recall federal senators and congressmen

That or get rid of the 17th amendment.

Term limits would suffice....

They used to have term limits for senators in 23 states.

In 1995 in "U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton" the feds ruled no state could impose term limits on reps or senators.

This could honestly be part of our problem, and should perhaps be changed.

Federal politicians, not state...

The new constitution should revoke any and all power and authority that government has.

Revoke the power and authority of government. Reforming the government is like reforming the mafia crime families.

A lot of states have that in their constitution, one being California!
Ours doesn't but I am thinking of getting someone to put it on the ballet so we can get in into the constitution. Everyone has to vote go get anything on or of the constitution here.

I think there are other states that have the measure on their constitutions, if you don't know go to your states web site and read your states constitution and laws.
