That facebook page was created on 4/13/2013, but it doesn't necessarily make it his.

Changing your name doesn't show up, so it looks to me like this was a dummy account that was setup by some "college kid" a while back, let's say, to have a bit of fun with on the next "big thing" that happens involving a shooting.

You log-in to the account, upload some pictures of the person, change your name, add some damning posts and spread the link shouting "omg, look!"

Why would aliens be using a ship that travels so slowly. They'd never get anywhere. Our Voyager probe is traveling at a similar speed, and it's taken nearly 40 years to leave the solar system.
