SANDY HOOK SCHOOL SHOOTING REPORT

This is how I remember some of the facts presented by the media and the police. That isn't saying it's all 100 percent truthful or accurate. I want people to ask questions. Make edits.

I am thinking the 911 caller could have been the teacher that arrived late. Is that possible?

Nothing wrong with that. The authorities still have not given a good accounting of the timeline nor the who, what, why and how of the event. That is the task at hand. They cannot give ample evidence of anything other than a drill taking place.

At 9:38 it was reported the school was in lockdown. Is this the police dispatch saying that? If the 911 caller the school was in lockdown. I would guess she was the teacher that was late arriving. She would know better than anyone if the school was in lockdown. Does that sound reasonable?

If he saw the black jackets strewn around the black Honda with all the car doors open wouldn't she also hear gunfire and notice the broken glass near the door and then call 911?

I still think the 911 caller could be the late arriving teacher.

I can't believe I am still in the 9:35 to 9:40 timeframe.

How could that be? Based on the timeline by the time she got there the shooting would have been done.

But she's not a teacher. She is a mother of one of the students. As for the lock-down that would have started with the sound of the gunfire in my estimation. If the Babara arrived at 9:30 as she says then maybe she did call 911 or maybe the other mom they mentioned in the article made the call. Hard to say.

But that would mean the shooting lasted longer than five minutes wouldn't it. We're shortly before 9:30 until 9:40 ?? Because they say the police didn't arrive until 9:41 and I think the shooter was still active at that time. Sounds like the official report is wrong.

I think he's referring to daily lockup time if he's saying it was published. I can't see them buzzing in 450 or more people. So maybe Lanza did just walk in.

But then there's the broken glass. Was the glass broken by the shooter before-hand to gain entry or was it shot out from inside by random gunfire?

If he arrived before 9:30 he probably just walked in. That was probably his intention.

He may also have arrived at 9:30 just in time for the published lockup and been refused entry. Then he would have to break the glass. Barbara Sibley must have arrive just seconds after he got inside in that case.

Lockup probably takes place everyday at 9:30. Then they start buzzing in stragglers, visitors, parents etc.

Lockup not to be confused with lock-down.

As long is there isn't a BATMAN MAP connecting this shit!!

School nurse Sally Cox and Barbara Halstead called 911 according to Wikipedia. That would jive with other reports that calls came from "inside" the school. That doesn't mean all the calls came from the school though. Maybe Babara Sibley called as well. Here's the piece from wiki...

"She and the school secretary Barbara Halstead called 9-1-1 and hid in a first-aid supply closet for up to four hours. Custodian Rick Thorne ran through hallways, alerting classrooms."

CNN also reported calls came from "inside" the school if you can believe them.....

"At the police station, dispatchers began to take calls from inside the school. Authorities say the first emergency call about the shooting came in at "approximately" 9:30 a.m."

Custodians name is Rick Thorne. He also may have called 911 but there's no mention of it anywhere.

I remember there was some confusion on which custodian was working that morning. Kevin Anzellotti is the head custodian and I don't remember if he had the day off or what the story was, but there was confusion in regards to this. Also I found something interesting, here is email access to the staff at Sandy Hook, so if anyone wants to ask any particular staff member a question - why don't you email them? So more that one source said that Sally Cox made a 911 call.

Wiki says Sally Cox and Barbara Halstead made the call.

But then they both spend four hours in the closet???

Didn't they think to call back and ask if it's over.

I think that's the call they haven't released.

It would probably answer too many questions.

Why are we re-evaluating the time frame this way?

There is no evidence to prove this out.


I get the feeling that Sedensky is fishing for what would fly by testing it here.

Why did I break it up into frames? so we wouldn't be jumping all over the board. It keeps the topic focused. It also helps establish what happened and when it happened.

The next time-frame is 9:40 to 9:50

9:41 am is when the first officer arrived. According to police reports the shooter took his life upon hearing the police arrive. We will delve into the facts and try to determine if this is really the case. We will examine the response time and actions taken to secure the area. The EMS response time will also be examined. This is going to get interesting.....

Odd. I thought the police entered the school at 9:37

First dispatch was at 9:36. Officers were on scene about three min later.

From the sound of the audio, officers may have shot one or more shooters; or may have shot one shooter twice (or again, after he'd shot himself).

They say, "One suspect down." Then someone yells "CLEAR!!" followed a few seconds later, "We have as suspect down."

That is very indicative of an officer takedown, whether it's of the first shooter (who starts to get back up and is hit a second time) or whether there was a second shooter they shot as well.

One 911 caller appears to be the parent who arrived after the school doors had been locked--she was waiting, along with another mom, to be buzzed in, noticed the car and jackets, noticed the glass, then heard shooting, called 911, and ran with the other mom behind a dumpster.

Yep - that's her. One of the first 911 callers, very likely.

Behind the dumpster, now were the 2 ladies hiding with a police officer. Lets clear that up as well. ?

And yes - it does mean that the shooting lasted longer than 5 minutes. Shots were still being fired at officers several minutes after their arrival around 9:40.

Barbara Sibley and whoever she came with. One of them was the wife of a firefighter.
