It comes right after Obama said union members wouldn't get exemptions. Remember that, just a couple days ago, Obama "double crossed" the AFL-CIO on this.

As an owner of insurance companies, he may not want it if all that government subsidy for union members isn't in the pool. It will shrink the total amount his insurance companies can make by selling insurance thru the exchanges.

That's my theory anyway.

Obama's got too many balls in the air at the moment:

1. Getting Obamacare off the ground against massive public opposition.

2. Benghazi may still be souring things for him.

3. Trying to get immigration law change ("reform")

4. Trying to fight in Syria.

He's having to compromise them, one after another, trying to save the others.

In the end, here's hoping they ALL drop!

Buffet knows that Obamacare is nothing but a welfare program for the insurance companies.

He ought to know.

Does absolutely NOTHING to alleviate the current out-of-control cost of healthcare for the average American.

He still makes the assumption that the government has to do something, not the market.

Nope, my brother was paying $800 Month (single) for crappy coverage after his Cobra ran out at age 64, now he's on Medicare.

A 25 year old (single) making $45,961 or more will pay $91 Month for the Bronze plan.

Talked briefly to two old ladies waiting in the pharmacy line at Walgreens. One ancient old lady told me not to worry ...If you have medicare you don't need to worry about getting obamacare.

Look at the Obama staffers who authored the Obama Care bills! They're young, idealistic, and too stupid to realize that insurance companies are sleazy and will kill their mothers and yours to maintain their profit margins. The ONLY way to pass a successful single payor national health coverage bill is to eliminate the private sector completely unless they do not play by the rules. Seriously, let the insurance companies in on the party and the first time one of them screw over a policy holder or refuse coverage where it is justified - that one and only mistake will cost them sitting on the sidelines for a 2.5 years "time out" of Obama Care. If it happens a second time it's a 10million dollar fine and five years of "out side" the system.

Draconian? Yes it is. But that is the only way to deal with the greedy and largely unregulated insurance companies in the USA. Threaten to put them out of business if they don't play nice and play according to the spirit as well as the letter of the law.
