Stayed in Poipu Beach area and it was awesome! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 2941214 Cabo San Lucas comes a close second - going there the end of October. Third would be St. Maarten, St. Thomas area of the Caribbean - absolutley stunning scenery, but not much to do there. What say you? Disney World without the Kids “Knock, And He'll open the door Vanish, And He'll make you shine like the sun Fall, And He'll raise you to the heavens Become nothing, And He'll turn you into everything.” -Rumi "Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." -Jesus (luke 17:21) |

I've never been there, but the pictures she showed me looked awesome. Also, there are some islands in the Indian Ocena a lot of Europeans like to go to - can't remember the name of them, but they have turquoise water with beach houses that sit right on the water. It looks absolutely amazing |

The wonderful floral scents...ah...got more of that in Maui. Plus, sunrise on mt haleakala was simply breath-taking and unforgettable! Drive from ka'anapali to hana was awesome! Going to the big island in march next year. And for something entirely different, Alaska in2015. Interenationally...I am not sure yet. Trying Iceland next year. Take the red pill now...later it will come as a suppository. |

Been to the big island - both Hilo & Kona. Both were stops on a cruise ship. Took the tour to the lava flows and rain forest - very cool. We did an Alaska cruise 2 years ago and it was unexpectedly awesome - would do it again in a heartbeat. |
