A 23 year old boy has been stabbed and robbed of his retail copy of GTA V after queuing up at Asda (London) Supermarket which was holding a GTA V midnight launch event.

As per the report coming out from Scotland Yard, the incident happened around 1:20 AM, the boy was hit with a brick as he walked home from the Asda store in Colindale, north London, shortly after buying a copy of GTA V following its midnight launch.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said: 'A 23-year-old man was shopping, then on his way back home he was hit with a brick and stabbed.

'He was robbed of items he had bought from a nearby Asda supermarket including a copy of Grand Theft Auto.

'We think he was attacked on Princess Avenue by multiple suspects although it is unclear how many at this stage.'
