I only played the GTA games for the exploration aspect. I especially enjoyed GTA: San Andreas because you could drive a dirt bike into the mountains or next to a lake and relax while listening to the radio.

Pretty sad I know, but relaxing nonetheless.

There is nothing intellectually stimulating about GTA when in the end all you do is simulate real life violence and crime. Just because they add some parody references doesn't detract from the whole game being a crime simulator.

Sure there are plenty of violent games out there. Every fps is violent in the end, but to simulate real life prostitution and criminal activity is completely different.
