1) Shingles:

First I have to ask, have you had any mercury fillings, MRIs or CTs with dye? Or any other reason to believe you may have heavy metals?

2) HPV Virus
Are you referring to gential warts? If so, try this remedy: Take a bottle and mix BRAGGs apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, and lemon oil and dilute with just a little bit of water. Take a piece of cotton wool and soak it with the mixture, and press it so it just stays damp. Put the cotton wool on the warts for 15-20 min or more every night. They will swell at first but should disappear!

3) Nerve problem, RLS

You need fat soluble vitamin B for your nerve problems. Water soluble cynocobalamin wont work. I recommend Nerve Support Formula or you can by the individual ingredients for cheaper! Methylcobalamin and Benfotiamine is what you want, and in HIGH doses! (3000 mcg b12/daily, 400mg b1 daily)

Avoid sugar and processed breads etc,

5) Slowing metabolism:

Coconut oil!!! Great for speeding metabolism and very healthy. Green Tea pills also speed metabolism but not as effectively as coconut oill Also Cayenne extract speeds metabolism and is great for circulation! Just make sure it's HOT! (20,000 IU). I recommend Dr. Christopher's brand


P.S. From the combination of symptoms you described, it seems as though there may be 1 or 2 underlying causes that are responsible for all your symptoms, and they are simply different manifestations of the same illness; Let me know if you have a history with heavy metals, it sounds like this could be the cause. If it is I can give you some advice on a safe effective chelation program.
