There are billions of planets in this galaxy, alone, and BILLIONS of galaxies in the Universe...yet, despite the almost unfathomable vastness of the physical universe and the comparatively tiny nature of our singular planet, you honestly believe that life on these other planets is merely some ridiculous and utterly nonsensical "trick" orchestrated by an invisible mythological being?

I believe there are other life forms, have no problem with that. But why, whether in films or these so-called actual footage files, is everything set in the dark, surely they could put a light on or something, to let people better see. Surely in this day and age of digital film etc why is footage always cobblers, blurred or grainy?
