You may be correct about Biden, but he is the best insurance Obama has on staying alive. No one in their right mind would want to replace Obama with Biden. But, if something were to happen to Obama, all in a legally correct manner mind you, all Biden would have to do is open his mouth and show proof that he is mentally deranged and in desparate need of long term psychiatric intervention. Even the most left leaning doctors in the country would be willing to prove that Biden is a danger to himself, and therefore incapable of actively serving as Head of State for the US. Since the Senate would never allow any pick that Biden might somehow pull out of a hat to become Vice president, with Bidens removal, it would automatically fall to the Speaker of the House.
