One of the first teams of heavily armed police to respond to Monday's shooting in Washington DC was ordered to stand down by superiors, the BBC can reveal.

A tactical response team of the Capitol Police, a force that guards the US Capitol complex, was told to leave the scene by a supervisor instead of aiding municipal officers.

I have a screen shot of the article also I have a search I googled on Monday and it showed that it was TWO days old I also have a screen shot of something else I googled about Edward snowden and it was dated October 6th 2013 ... I don't get it...if it was a time zone thing it would not work backwards it would be the opposite...and I thought anything cached it wouldn't back date it
