Then compare it to this one someone else had posted, note the width of the nose. At first I was going to dismiss this threat, but in the 2nd pic the nose is half in shadow. Seems to be just as wide.

In my humble opinion, it is not the same guy. The subject in the background photo has a larger cranium than jawline. Yes, I know his mouth is open, but look at the shape of the cranium.

The Navy shooter's head tapered upwards. He had a small cranium than jawline. Very similar, eerie, but not the same.

I overlapped the facial images and surprisingly they align almost perfectly. When stacked and made semi-transparent the images are the same person. Almost exactly.

that is him.... look at the mound on his forhead- kinda of like a swollen rhino horn
