Wow. That looks like the same guy as Boston and D.C. to me. But if you look at him closely he seems to be monitoring the interview and looking around very suspiciously. At one point he comes over to the interview, almost placing himself in the interview and just stares at the guy being interviewed for a few seconds, it's almost a look of pure evil.
