As I said initially, I am not an expert. But I can surely tell you this-
My experiment began (in earnest) in june/july of this year. In the more final stages, I continued to arouse myself, however I would not let myself 'finish.'

For around 8-10 weeks I kept everything within. And I surely tell you, it affected everything from THOUGHTS to DREAMS , to include my waking experiences.

I achieved complete Lucidity within the Dream Realms. I would have a 'dream,' wake up, fall back "asleep" go back to the same dream and continue the experience, and do the same thing again all in the same night. Why?
Because I desired to do so. Yes, it was to my surprise.
As for thoughts, well see if I can convey this through words in order to provide the opportunity for us to relate.
When you wake up, when you leave your house/place of living, when you get out of the car, when you walk through the door into class or work, where are your thoughts taking you? Where is your focus?

Now, I tell you this.
TO FOCUS IS AN ACT OF WILL.
Your WILL, is the seat of your Conscious MInd.
I hope that you are seeing a connection.
It is your very Will that must be cultivated, directed, observed and achieved
if you desire to see yourself succeed anywhere, anytime.

Thus, over the last year I turned the presence of my Mind directly inward and upon the presence of my Mind. It is then that new worlds "dimensions" opened up to me. Dimensions within myself and within the universe of relationships with others.


Ever hear the concept that " ALL is Vibration" ?
I can't tell you, while within this human form and prove without a doubt that all of "matter" truly is.. but I can surely tell you this.
Observe a Woman, yes there are many.. they operate differently than some Men.
What is it that some of them know? What do they have access to?

[ Now this does not apply to all females, as I have observed there are Men that 'think more along the feminine lines, and vica versa ] Thus we are speaking in general.

So, in this time of observation, I have noticed a few , Truly several things, and due to the nature of ever-flowing interaction, the Realizations never cease, unless we will them to be so..
Now we are venturing into a realm that is beneath the surface interaction of what many women or people in general would say, especially in a normal "out on the streets" conversation.

These Women, are designed differently. Surprised? I didn't think so. But the Truth is, that we have the ability to access those same faculties.
Women are not the only ones with Intuition. Women are not the only ones who carry Real Power.

Some Women, listen to what their Being shows and tells them. That is one of the reasons that they operate on a different wavelength than some Men.
ANYONE who is open and honest consistently and constantly will begin to notice an unfolding within/ of their intelligence that will enable them to peer beyond the surface of daily interactions with others . { Yin & Yang }

When males go to bars and "hit on" gals , with hopes of hitting a home run, what in truth are they doing?
They are giving away their own power. And in most cases, unknowingly.
When these same males are walking, driving, interacting out in society and their attention is on their lusts, what is they are doing?
I assure you, giving away their power.

And some of these females, they look just for that.
Ever feel like you were "getting somewhere" with a gal and she seemed to just be teasing you? Interesting how it all works, no?

Other women know exactly what I am talking about, and those are the ones that are consciously aware of their natural power. Some even choose to share it with a man (or woman) if they feel it is appropriate. And that is when true beauty can enter the stage, that is when (in my opinion and experience) the Cosmos and Gods can look on in awe.

If you believe that you want to overcome these challenges, for that is what they are. It will take a reckoning from within, an acknowledging that you have the strength to do so.
KNOW that ENERGY FLOWS WHERE YOUR ATTENTION GOES

Where does that energy come from?
From your very Being. From your Essence.
That is how powerful you really are.

As for myself, I am still continuing the experiment. I choose to allow myself to arouse myself , however I do not allow external influence to be present.
NOT EVEN WITHIN THAT OF MY OWN MIND.
Now, it is not that i do not allow myself to engage in Thought.
It is the nature of my thoughts and the quality of the time I am spending with 'Myself.'
While I am there, on the outside it may see to be one thing, but surely within, there is a magic show going on. My thoughts lift me heavenward, my energy and vitality increases, and surely there is single-mindedness.

I can only hope that some or any of this helps.
This is some of my Journey "in a nutshell" if there are questions comments or opinions I most certainly am open to them.

My Fellow Gentlemen, Know that you are the Sole Authority for what goes on within you. Your Thoughts, Your Feelings, Your Actions.
Look at the World around you. Women and Children cry out for a " GOOD MAN."

Verily I say to you, they do exist.
And in the coming days and seasons of our lives on this planet,
never have we been more needed.
