Most targeting and stalking these days is done online from what I'm seeing. They get a person paranoid and to turn upon themselves. If you are grounded to begin with this would not work. A person who is already a bit nutty is targeted because they don't response well to stressful situations I think. A normal person would film the perps, and get some help. Gangstalking in person is a risky business these days. Sp it seems like they are only really targeting the mentally ill, and its a grave situation indeed. |
