The question is though, HOW do they have the clout to get forums like this one to prohibit threads? I mean, you can post anything you want here about the prez of the USA, but you can't post a thread with Cotner's name in it. Weird.

JC looks close to Elvis, but as we age the nose becomes longer, as well as our ears. The JC photo comparison is to Elvis some 30+ years ago. If Elvis's face stopped growing he might match JC. JC is not Elvis. So when JC says he's not Elvis believe him. It's the suggestions that he and others seem to put out there that he may be Elvis in hiding is what is damaging to Elvis's memory.

JC is careful about his wording in order to suggest or insinuate and he never outright claims to be E. He's just a dude in Texas playing a game and anyone plays along, they do so of their own choosing. If he profits from it, you can argue about who's wrong - Cotner for making the allusions or the public for buying into it.

But no, E's memory is not in the least damaged by Cotner or any other impersonator or the suggestion that he faked his death. With the exception of a couple, impersonators are just ridiculous, and even the couple who are relatively good in no way come anywhere close to having the total talent AND charisma that E had. And the idea that he faked his death should be one embraced by fans - NOT scorned and ridiculed.

I really can't see how it would be damaging to Elvis's memory. Have you seen the movie, "Elvis, and Nixon"?

How old would he be? I was a little kid when he died. He was 46 right? He died in the 70's. I'm thinking 1977. So that makes him 86 or 87. That's pretty up there in age.

He would be 78 years old if his was/is alive today. So yes, it IS possible that he could still be alive.

He wasn't a healthy man. It is highly unlikely he would still be alive today even if he hadn't died in 1977.

I have seen a photo from Mysterman's first book Through My Eyes. It looks like Arion in a wig. Elvis never had hairy arms and hands.

Like I mentioned before there have been many, many famous people who have gained weight up, and down, done tons of drug AND alcohol [Elvis didn't drink], who either are still alive today, or died at an old age.

Look at Liz Taylor, for example, she ballooned up, and down with weight, and struggled with drugs all through her life, but still lived to an old age.

Also, I haven't read the book yet [but, I will soon] so I haven't seen the pictures, but I can say this.

My father was never a hairy guy when he was young, but now he is growing the hideous "hair on his back".

Pricilla accidentally admitted he was alive.. Lisa Marie did freak out on Larry King. He is alive and all this is about money. We the fans spent our hard earned dollars to make elvis as famous as he was and is. If he was tired and wanted out then he should have been a real man and stood up and said I RETIRE but instead he took a cowardly way out to put more money in his and his families pocket. All of this has been about greed. He didn't give a damn about his fans because if he did he would not have done this to them. He, Pricilla and Lisa Marie are just liars. Elvis took advantage of every woman he could and has a lot more children with women he paid off to keep it quiet. They promote him as being such a spiritual, christian person . All he cares about is his image when the truth is he was a horney hounddog who has lied to all his fans and is now too much of a coward to admit it.

I'm old enough I remember when he died and all the rumors that he wasn't dead. I watched some program about elvis sitings long ago. There was a woman who said, I attended his funeral and I bent down and kissed his cold cold lips and I'm telling you, anyone who believes he is still alive is fooling themselves.
