It always bothers me when people say this or that evil thing was done by Christians. I would rather accord Muslims the same respect, and not attribute the evil deeds of crazy people to Muslims, even if those people call themselves Muslims. I've known many Christians who hated me. I wouldn't call them brothers, nor would I want to be held accountable for their actions. I'm sure there are Muslims who feel the same, but they are not as free to say so in their war-ravaged nations, as I am here.
