Very Disturbing dream regarding Solar Flares

I had a bad dream, my last bad dream up until last night, and I had seen a massive solar flare whipping through the Earth's orbital track in the first dream. It had dire consequences, I thought it would happen soon after because of emotional response I had to seeing something like this. Thank God It didn't happen. I calmed down and started the new semester and got completely engulfed in my classes.
Well, last night I had trouble sleeping; yet eventually I ended up in a dream/lucid state, in which I believed I was still awake. In the dream I was in my

lab coat when Alarms started going off and my Genetic Research Professor (who utilizes every second of your time designated to be there.. ) freaked out and told us all to go home which is opposite of
her nature.
So I'm walking down the stairs and realize holy **** she did not even have us do our presentations this must be serious. I get outside and it is flaming hot while everything is glowing and changing colors as if the intensity of the light waves is fluctuating with great intensity and there is an unavoidable Aurora which is appearing to be purple/blue and I get nauseated. That was the end of my dream. I woke up freaking out because I knew it had to do with the sun, I live in Texas so polarized interactions causing Auroras is weak and (almost) never visible.


Anyway, it is my second dream of this sort. I went straight to my backpack to check my lab dates for the Research Presentations in the lab, and it's Oct 1. So that has to be the date.
