You have to admit that it is rare for Israel to admit it's forces are in command in an area before the operation is history.

Lets just speculate for a moment that the mall is built as the same thing as 'the company store' that has existed since slave labor was more than a concept. To make money the mall has to be more than a shooting gallery but it could set an example for the locals if such things could occur and singling out from a crowd is done in many ways. The 'lesson' would be something that would keep people in fear of gunmen for decades, especially if other such incidents became the norm. Where there is a mall there is money and where there is money there is a source. In Kenya the summation from the CIA should work for this hypothetical situation. I'm not on expert at this but I'm pretty sure I could fit a bit of money-changer style, .... hypothetically that is. This is not a test btw.
