UK School bans singing, fairy tales and string instruments - guess why

We need to claim our country back.

Just wow, doesn't sound right at all. If my child went to that school, I would pull them out. See what happens to the school trust after that.

Only problem with that would be British law on making sure your child doesn't miss any schooling, the parent could end up with a fine or I think they just added a possible prison sentence to that as well, will have to check.

Ok found this but it's old, because schools are now not allowed to authorise any holidays during school sessions.

So if my kids was at that school, and if this accusation is proven true. I would take them out of school and home school till a new place is available at another school. That way it would be legal.

We here in America better take a long hard look. We are well on the same path as the UK. Very sad and very scary. If we all sit back these changes are going to walk right in. May take a few years but think of your children's children. I don't want my beautiful grand daughter donning a damn burka, hiding her beautiful long curls, never singing or dancing, let alone play. You're the logical one the Muslim faith is not logical and never was. The reason they Ban instruments involving strings is because it requires creativity and discipline (something forbidden in the Muslim faith other than to the religion) to master the instrument which goes agaisnt their ideology.

If they want to keep their own culture, they should stay in their own countries. If they want to move to another country, they should be expected to conform to the values of that country.

It's not like our schools force Muslims to do things that are against their religion, these days there are notes sent home to sign for all sorts. They can opt out of things if they want to. So why is this school allegedly forcing women to wear head dresses even though they are not Muslim, and stopping students from doing what is considered essential learning in our society.

they (string instruments) require dedicated and discipline to something other than Islam. Also string instruments cannot be used to make hypnotic Islamic music compared to the flute and drums they make use of.

This is crazy. Even in muslim countries and muslim schools children sing and read fairy tales. They're universal.

I've been to some muslim countries for my work on Children's across the world and in most of the schools they had theaters to play movies and children were rehearsing for Cinderella play.

The ones taking control over this school in England must be the Talibani type who wont stand a chance in a muslim country. England needs to do something about it if its true.

I have a friend who was a Muslim by birth but rejected the faith in choice of becoming a Sikh and he says the Sikh would cut down all Muslims long before they would ever join them in a Jihad (to which Sikhs see as hypocritical as she Sikh religion requires a physical attack for provocation of war)
