Im guessing that most of you who have posted on this thread are very similar in age to me; I am hitting the big 5 - O next year. Am I right?
Where we so very much differ is this: even at a very, very young age (say 10) I wondered at ( as isnt it a wonder?!) how so many people were so very wound up in gender difinition......
Its more often men, but there be the women too, who just put a little too much of their very essence, their value, their identity into whether they have a poke, or whether they have a hole ( now dont act so fuckin shocked; if you DARE to let your little ego-addled brain look at it, it really comes down to this, now doesnt it????????)
Are we not, we HUMAN beings, so much more than this????? This younger generation, for all their ADHD and video-game addicted short-sightedness UNDERSTAND that gender is a rather arbitrary (if not statistically common) definition. You, my generational compatriots will be shown by history to be true troglidytes unless you ponder the inanity of your prejudice.
Im not banking on y'all seein the light. Please, prove me wrong.
