Anyone Else Very Fatigued Lately? | |
Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 27071819 United States 09/22/2013 07:16 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Me too! I'm always fatigued, tired, and hot. I am always sweating. I don't want to go anywhere, and I don't want to do anything. Quoting: Renegade (Me too) That's another part of the fatigue I've been feeling. I really don't want to do anything that I used to do for fun. Thanks to who posted the video on glyconutrients, but I didn't suddenly become deficient in glyconutrients in the past couple of weeks. I've had a super healthy diet and lifestyle for over 30 years. I know how to treat myself with herbs and I know reflexology and a whole bunch of other modalities to stay healthy. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 36998602 United States 09/22/2013 07:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I wondered that the other day and there it is on GLP. I am blotto when I wake in the AM and can hardly get out of bed. My coffee is delivered to me in bed and it used to get me up and attum...but now I can hardly stay awake to drink it. I get a few hours of regular home work and garden work but am worn out by two PM. Even after a nap...just plain tired most of the time. |
Jellyfishish User ID: 10209517 United States 09/22/2013 07:44 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | YES YES YES. I am in bed right now and my eyes are burning I am so exhausted, but beyond that my entire body is just tired, like a sack of potatoes, heavy. It's been like that all week. I am lucky enough to run my own business and I don't have to go out into the world but I would like my vibrance back so I can continue to grow my business and enjoy life. I don't really ever go out anymore because nothing is better than snuggling my dogs and my man...but I would like the weight of the world to give my body a break. I feel like I have to be a FIERCE BEAST just to do regular things. Glad I am not the only one. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 27057149 United States 09/22/2013 08:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yes Especially today. And we are super natural health fanatics. Question for all you fatigued people: DO YOU REGAIN ENERGY AND THE ABILITY TO THINK when the sun starts to go down? If not fully, at least noticeably. We sure do!!!! Every time we muscle test what is causing this, while I normally can find a clear and realistic answer, I only get something nebulous like "earth changes"/ "energy related to the sun/space" - not clear because I doubt any of us have words for what it is. This is going to get worse folks, until the end of the year, by which time we probably won't be here. This is what I 'get' that we have to do. I recommend this to you all: 1) Get to bed as early as possible. One hour's sleep before midnight is worth 2 after. 2) Stock up on lots of good food. Don't buy anything else unless you have tons of spare cash. The time is coming when you will be so exhausted and feel so bad you will not want to leave the house. |

I have wondered if it was the pollen, which part of it is, but like others have said. Not to add any hysteria but I heard one guy say that some cities are getting waves of radiation in the US from Fukushima. He mentioned Mobile, AL. I found that hard to believe. |
FinGuy User ID: 44171044 Finland 09/22/2013 08:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I do have to admit I have had some serious sleeping problems and others BECAUSE of a chronic pain issue that I got about 2 years ago. But IN GENERAL I am very healthy. Been a vegetarian for 17 years, exercise a lot. I do the standard tinfoilhat stuff too. Haven't been using fluoride toothpastes for years. I try to buy everything organic when possible and keep my bedroom out from electronic stuff etc.. all you can imagine. However, lately I have been sunk to an endless pit of exhaustion and especially 2 previous days now have been just terrible. I slept for 9 hours before my work and I honestly felt I will just pass out/sleep while standing during the whole night at work. (I am VERY GOOD at adjusting myself to different sleeping cycles etc. normally). Today I slept for 11 hours and was woken up just because my friend came and forced me out of bed. I have been awake now for a few hours and I (still/again) feel just exhausted. My muscles are sore and super tired, it feels like getting up and getting a cup of coffee is a huge challenge, not to talk about how to get myself into shower and whatnot. I know it is not (just) mental nor depression but something physical. I have had this kind of episodes in the past few years every now and then, but never lasting more than a few days and not this bad really. I have always been able to do my work and other important stuff, but for the first time in 10 years I felt like I need to call my boss and say I cannot make it. (I did make it, but if this goes like this a few more days, I will not work, because I just cannot..) |

I found that hard to believe. There is radiation EVERYWHERE. Every time it rains my roses get black marks all over and the flowers die. Same with garden. I have seen many similar reports. Fukushima is a cover for incoming radiation from space, so people don't get alarmed. |

(Wrists, fingers, toes, knees, even the pelvis area) My ears get super sensitive for a while. I had this to happen often when I had a migraine episode, now it happens without migraine 2-3 times a day. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 46843639 United States 09/22/2013 08:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I cut out red meats and lost 25 lbs within a couple months. Have tons of energy now, i feel great and i sleep like a baby since i cut the red meat out. Do i still want red meat? Yes, i don't think you go for 50 yrs being a meat eater and then not miss it. Tried going cold turkey b4 and stop all meats but would break down after a couple weeks. So this time i just dropped the red meat and now 8 months later i am ready to drop the chicken/turkey now. It takes plenty of discipline, of that there is no doubt. Meats are very dense and this is why you feel tired after you eat it, and it stays in the body longer and causes problems. But......when you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and want to feel great, then try it and see the difference for yourself. |
