However I kinda miss it, it was terrifying but I agree when you learn to relax you will feel like you are being sucked through a portal, then tumbling feeling like being violently shaken in a trash can, then poof lucid dream state beyond all belief. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 46320566 I did mdma for the first time 2 years back, never did anything hard before just drink and smoke pot, and it really launched me forward in my dreaming capabilities. At first it was scary beyond belief but I'm getting more and more used to it. |

Sometimes I was visited by creatures made of smoke or darkness before falling. Drugs are not the way to experience true vision. Dedicate your mind to clearing your thoughts before sleep. |

I saw myself standing in a field near where I grew up and my face aged from young to old as the sun very quickly moved across the sky many times over. You would be happy to wake up tomorrow after a dream like that. |

And from there your adventure will begin! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35688985 Please tell us more about what happens after the falling part and what its like while you are falling. i have experienced the falling at mach speeds several times, it starts right after i fall asleep it feels like i drop right through the bottom of my bed and i fall into this dark void in complete blackness, I don't really find anything there just the void, i have been able with practice to stop falling and actually go in what appears to be an upward ascend but again i don't find anything there per say. when you speak of landing and finding an adventure really peaks my interest! is my experience of this dark void similar to yours? |

And from there your adventure will begin! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35688985 Sometimes if I try to hard to force myself to move during a paralysis episode I get an excruciating headache. After about 15 years my Sleep Paralysis took a turn where I sometimes found I couldn't inhale until the paralysis unlocked. That is pretty scary when it happens. |

'wtf.. there is no friend here' odd times |

Chances about 50-75% into your sleep you will start experiencing paralysis episodes, and there is a high chance from there of lucid dreaming. |

User ID: 27239064 here... Exactly!! i find that the OBE or "sleep paralysis" happends often when i dont get much sleep then go to work all day, come home in the evening and nap for at least 1.5 to 2 hours then get up (about 10pm) and eat dinner, wach a movie ect. then go back to bed a few hours later.. usually about 3am and it happends most often that way. i would like to venture deeper into this!! |
