Are dinosaurs evolved into reptilian humanoids?

Think about this OP; the tyrannosaurus rex is more similar - physically - to a chicken than a crocodile, yet still retains crocodilian features. How was that so? I believe that aliens (who looked very human) crossed the DNA of a bird with a large prehistoric crocodile, such as the Sarcosuchus.

I also think that they may have crossed simian / human DNA with a reptile and brought forth reptilian humanoids.

Is this an insane assumption? I don't think so. I mean, scientists have successfully cross-splice animal and human DNA, so if you think about how advanced genetic engineering will become in a 1000 years, then chimeras (such as reptilian humanoids) will be walking alongside humans.

I also think that in a 1000 years time, we will be traveling to distant stars.

So, it's likely that highly advanced alien civilizations have the technology to do these things, came to this planet and carried them out.

However, I think that it is very rare for aliens to come here, given the amount of stars out there to choose from, unless, of course, advanced aliens hail from a 'nearby' star system.
