Ummm....I live here in Puerto Rico and I haven't noticed or heard of any lock down........
People around are a little freaked though about rumors of large shipments of coffins and body bags coming to the island.....people around are also seeing FEMA vehicles etc........
This strange FEMA activity and shipments was even talked about on the local news here.
