The convicted criminal had to be buried in a common pit..like a dog..and the body tagged..only after one year the family could recoup the body fromthe mass grave

it seems strings were pulled for Christ

and Pontius Pilate once again..skipped the Law and offered Christ a burial..even if incomplete and in someone elses tomb

seems someone behind the scenes..with powerful connection with Rome..pulled strings to avoid the awful humiliation of His Holy Body thrown in a pit like a dog

which was what was planned..because death by crucifixión..automatically meant this

they must have known this..

luckily it would seem ..someone with high connection with Rome..and influence..avoided this

someone who loved Him very much so much as to risk displeasure with Rome for asking this favor for a convicted criminal, and someone powerful that could get what he wanted

The two witnesses, the two sons are both Christ. God has actually condescended to the earth a number of times. However there are two main times he will condescend. One was as Jesus Christ to the Jews in the ancient Jerusalem . His second great condescension will be to the Gentiles. The Jews rejected him and the gospel went to the Gentiles. This time he is coming to the Gentiles and the Gentiles are going to reject him, so the gospel will go back to the Jews. The first will be last and last will be first.

When God works amongst men he works as a man. He will begin his ministry as a man soon.

It is all going to play out in a similar way as it did for Jesus. He will minister about three years or so. The powers that be will hate him. This time he will die in the New Jerusalem.
