I used to have a lot of stress and anxiety. Years ago I had horrible panic attacks.
I have not had any of those feelings since I have become more aware and researched intensely about what is going on...
I feel calm and at ease. I do have those moments or premonitions where I feel like something is going to occur, but I feel prepared in a mental sense...
