What - think - do you need?

Make yourself some organic coffee tomorrow morning. Sit in a quiet place. Make a list of things that hit you that you realize without which things your life will be very very bad, almost impossible, and you don't knwow what the situation will be, you may be running from all you have stored, but at least you will have thought of something... in case.

Go off all sugar right now, go off all cokes, etc. All White four. Make yourself strong, now, you will need to be strong. Take chlorella, take spirulina if it is not near Japan. Take Calcium (not carbonate). Magnesium. Trace minerals.

Organic fruits, dried. Hunt deer, and dry it with berries.

Get coats - serious coats boots and shoes. Pants, long-sleeved wool things.
