The best thing to do when you're anxious is to find something to take your mind off yourself. Find someone in need and help them. It never fails. The more focus that is placed on one's anxiety, the more anxious one becomes. Watch a funny movie. Do anything where you're not left to ponder your state of mind. Learn to let go and allow the process. Resistance really is futile. lol

Then I'll breath deeply and be fine again. But I think you're right. I just watched a bunch of videos last night as I lay in bed and kind of cried some stuff out of me and I gradually forgot about what I was worried about and nodded off. I had been doing great there.
