What's wrong with having the toilet in the courtyard?
Quoting: Tourbillon Periphery Spiders and bugs crawling in your ass when you take a rough shit or the fear to not fall in the toilet's pit and never get out. That I can understand. I used to avoid peeing between dusk and dawn when we had an outhouse. xD That's why an higyenic modern toilet with light bulbs inside your house is usually recomended. If you're constipated, you can stay in there without fear of intruders crawling in your ass or monsters knocking on your door.
