Quoting: AC 47494101 Obviously we all know that Meth is a particularly foul drug, users of which destroy the very fabric of society. Melatonin is a pigment in our skin..... Where is the relationship here? Melatonin is also an over the counter pill thats supposedly makes you tired. Its what your body releases naturally when its tired I believe. SeVeN Saints |

The sufferer does not even have the mental capacity to realize they are losing memories. The other is a natural neurotransmitter that is responsible for triggering the mind to engage in 'file-and-sort' mode whereby useful information is categorized into long-term memory with viable association potential while the less useful information is allowed to slip into the subconscious void free of association to other memories. |

Having trouble sleeping? Melatonin works. Once taken, plan on laying down, prepare to sleep, perhaps read while in prone position...otherwise you could endanger yourself by accident. Like making a quick drive to get a Burger is a no-no, or cooking, smoking, etc. A big no-no!, after taking Melatonin. Break it in half to start, you may not need a full dose. Stop smoking drano, it's fucks you up. |

I'm too lazy AND COLD to explain it right now but I know there are many great threads on GLP about it's properties... My fingers are frozen :( |
