This won't happen. The biggest payoff of the year is coming up in holiday form. Without all the extra money how will retail earn their yearly income. Then more people will lose jobs. Besides this is one payoff that keeps things afloat because without it alot of those people would riot and it would tear the system down which is what most of you crave anyways so cheer them on for pete's sake.
