Really don't like this at all, not necessarily because I like carrying cash around or think digital is Satanic or anything, but this is basically just a mousetrap to lock you into fees. Everyone is already programmed to accept shitty interest rates on their savings accounts and ATM fees when they don't use an affiliated ATM [as well as fraud protection fees, overdraft protection fees, whatever else]. Pretty soon you will be charged just to keep your money in the bank period.

And it doesn't do anything to stop "counterfeiting", it just makes it infinitely easier for the big timers to scam. They just print whatever the fuck the want to anyway.
