I agree, The Queen is actually the only one who has the power to dissolve uk government and not the people as she ownes it. The police and courts serve the crown, and the armed forces are there to serve and protect the queen, a solider does not swear to serve the people but its queen. On the last hung uk election there was a delay before they could swear in the coalition gov as only the queen could do it and she was away at the time on her trips so it was delayed.

And of course the queen is of german descent ;)
