This kind of activity has been going on all mnth as they train the 360k Russian troops and all the first responders and police and swat and othe law enforement agency's.

Its all out in the open. They have been showing it for a mnth. Ordering things. Its been in the news. A quick internet search and you have a ton of information in front of you.
