It was also stated on CSpan a bit ago about this Bill. i thought the gov had military payed (like for sure locked in) a year in advanced? or is this something else im thinking of? Miltary pay bill to be signed [ link to www.politico.com] i didnt see where it says anything about the year in advanced. so am i mistaken and it is something else im thinking of? i really dont know and was hoping someone could give me some input.
