they did that last year, some big thing was to be announced 'in about 3 weeks', which would have been around 21/12/2012..... like they didn't know what such a cryptic announcement of an announcement would make people think, if you catch my drift...... and then it was absolute bunk. couldn't even tell you anymore what it actually was all about, it was so unimportant.
