Quoting: Janitor of Doom Don't have Privdog.... It was the java script. "Moral of the story is I chose a half measure when I should have gone all the way. Comodo is a much better and more stable browser. And it works perfectly, hand in hard with Comodo Internet Security. "Moral of the story is I chose a half measure when I should have gone all the way. alexisj9 User ID: 45014658 United Kingdom 10/03/2013 06:35 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm running XP with Comodo Dragon as my browser. Quoting: R.P. McMurphy When I come to GLP, the option buttons to vote on a thread don't show up. The choices are there, but there is no button for me to click on to give the thread my rating. Same with any polls. The choices are there in text, but no button to check to cast my vote. But, when I use Firefox they show up normally. I've also noticed this occurring on a few other sites, mostly where I have to click on a button to make a choice. The button is missing. I really like Comodo. I find it a much better browser than just about anything else I've tried... except for this one glitch. I've been perusing the internet for a couple of days trying to figure it out, but to no avail. And here's the kicker - sometimes they do show up, but not always. I'm miffed. Anyone have any ideas? It's just that the pages you are viewing are not set up for your browser, not sure there is anything you can do your end. It all depends on the scripts the sites your viewing are running and what scripts your browser is using. Some site you can get a different view on a web site just by using an old version of say fire fox. See if an older version/or newer version of Comodo Dragon works better. I don't know if there is any mind, I'm not familiar with that browser. |
