Any Holy Sirit it filled Christians here?

I'm not asking anyone to deny anything.

I am suggesting that all you "spirit filled" people out there check yourselves and make sure this stuff is coming from a place of Humility and faith, and not ego and expectation and the desire to feel special.

Maybe you need it to feel saved? I don't.

But you yourself deny the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and seek to cause many to do the same.

You make light of that most holy thing.

I believe the Holy Spirit works with people at the behest of Christ.

I don't believe that people acting all high on the lord are genuine.

Ok, here is your first post where in the first two sentences you DENY the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

You say, the spirit works with people, but Christ says the spirit shall be IN you.

I stand by all I have said... You deceive at every turn.

Thats what ive been trying to get across in more detail.

The ones who CLAIM to get "Pissed" on the Holy Spirit and sell it like a "Drug" dealer does..with books and sermons and big fancy tortonto blessing Benny Hinn type shows are NOT genuine..and the oneswho peddle it ARE EVIL and blapheme the sweet gentle Spirit of the Lord with every show..every book..every word..that they say.

Its also the SAME one who push the other lies..of pre trib rapture and that God will torture billions in hell forever..in his great mercy..done because "Love never fails"..

They have taken everything holy and good and loving and turned it UPSIDE DOWN..and crapped all over the Lord in the process..because THATS WHAT SATAN DOES!

ITS ALL he ever does..
And he LOVES to appeal to self and ego and flesh.

And thats all those hell screaming rapture addicted holy spirit abuseres ever FOCUS on..SELF and FUN and FEAR and DOOM and DEATH..

All of them with the exception of a very FEW of them have these traits in common.

1) They are ALL convinced THEY are right and all the others are wrong.

2)They are all certain..and voice this much and as often as thay can..that the ones who are "Wrong" will be tortured forever by whatever brand of bi polar sadistic god they worship.

3)They all use fear and terror to control their members
EG:-"Do as this law/teaching/guru/pastor/book/priest/sermon ect suggests or you will be cursed/burned alive forever/smitten/come under demonic attack/end up possessed/ ect.

4)They are all about CONTROL..control of your money..of your mind..of your actions/words/life/emotions/opinions and they all impose guilt and fear as "punishment" if you dont tow the line.

5)They are all about money..it always comes down to CASH..and if you dont hand it over they label you a "God robber"..you are robbing God..and thus come under the punishments/threats made in point 3.

6)They all use "LOVE" as the bait to get you in..mixed with "Fear" of some sort of terrible DOOM if you dont join them. Then once they have you the LOVE stops..and the DOOM increases..till you are left a mindless fear controlled zombie..arrogant and proud and self righteous..and the victim..who then being fully "Indoctrinated" after a time...then beleives point 1 completely..and proceeds to inflict steps 2 to 5 on other prospective victims.

Any religion or creed thast uses these techniques are opertaing under the precepts of what you would term "Darkness"..or "Evil" because evil, by its very nature, runs and feeds and grows stronger on fear and control.

So what! If the blind lead the blind they shall both fall into the ditch!

What you do here is cast doubt upon all those who may be coming to the truth and turning many away.

The Holy Spirit dwells IN all those who believe and he knows who they are.

Are you better than the reapers unto whom The Lord of the harvest said, "let the, both grow together until the harvest"?

Yeah, I'm currently watching this happen to a friend of mine, in his early 40's.

He's a bit sheltered and a touch aspergers and this non-denominational "hey man, bring your guitar and hang with the spirit" type church that attracts all the young people he works with they're eating him right up.

He's handed a stack of books to read, and now he's power-quoting things from this drivel every day, multiple times and convinced that the spirit is alive in the church because someone gave him a random free watch, was directed by "The Lord" of course, and now he feels all special.

The single most high-on-ether one of the bunch that I know that go there is a young single-mom hot chick. She's rollin' in the spirit at all times on facebook and the whole thing...she's the bell of the ball and no doubt inadvertently selling this "feeling" to the rest of them like the beast using carol anne to draw people to him in Poltergeist.

It's sickening and yet there's no getting through to them.

2000 years of Christianity and this is what it's become?

I should also add that a lot of these upstarts promote marijuana tolerance and alcohol consumption, thus alleviating the need for these kids to change anything about their hedonistic lifestyles.
