Ison is still a threat, don't believe the dis-informaton

I still have not been able to find it with my telescope, but admittedly mine is not the greatest...But I do believe that there is a greater threat out there than is being admitted to, and it's sad that there are people on GLP--like Dr. Astro-- who are more concerned wit their own safety (I'm sure NASA has at least --promised-- him a place in an underground bunker-- though weather he actually gets that for him and his family remains to be seen.

i think astro, is just a regular guy, who beliefs his taught science. but even he knows there is a possibility of a large meteor or asteroid hitting earth, the Russian one proves this. he's taking government on faith that they are telling the truth, yet time and time again government have been caught out lying . so it is know wonder most people don't trust government anymore. if there was something big going down, they would not tell us until the last possible minute anyway, because if they tell us early, then all hell would break loose. the casualties might be bigger, just because people would panic.

I like Dr. Astro as he really puts in a LOT of effort giving us privatized information from his own hobby. Takes ying and yang to make the world go round.

It's a good idea to take in ALL information and come to one's own conclusions. Surely people's philosophical or political views can skew things, so just take it all into consideration.

Even with the latest "fizzle" stories, I'm still thinking the affects or side effects have a 42% chance of doom, although the affected area could be as little as a few states.
