as for the buoys 56003 and 56001, they are of a serious concern to me. they cover that area where the 'strike-slip' EQ occurred remember, and there are suspicions that the plate, subduction zone may have been seriously compromised...I always watch these two and wonder...

Also I don't know if you saw this on the first page re the Buoy System:

The system has two modes - 'standard' and 'event'. The system generally operates in 'standard' mode, where it routinely collects sea level information and reports via satellite at relatively low frequency transmission intervals (i.e. every 15 minutes). This helps to conserve battery life and hence extend the deployment life. The tsunami buoy is triggered into 'event' mode when the pressure sensor first detects the faster moving seismic wave moving through the sea floor. It then commences reporting sea level information at one minute intervals to enable rapid verification of the possible existence of a tsunami. The system returns to standard mode after 4 hours if no further seismic events are detected.

When in EVENT mode, sometime there is a malfunction, rogue wave or minor sea level adjustments. When reviewing the data if a major seal level adjustment is being recorded that is when it becomes relevant to possible quake activity. Also, Many of the buoys have gone off after a major earthquake but a tsunami didn't occur and sometimes they go into EVENT mode and nothing happens.

I believe strongly something is going on of a seismic/volcanic nature.
Remember the island that recently appeared near Pakistan in October?

Also thanks everyone for posting the readings, and anyone who follows the buoys, please post your thoughts as well, I am perplexed by this and have never seen such readings except after a sizeable earthquake and there have not been any in the last 5 days, the largest so far has been a 5.7 (though depth not just size has to be considered as well).

You know thats a pretty big fluctuation prior to these Earthquakes.Thats big fluctations when an Earthquake is not in progress...??? Good thing they are not in habitable areas.

Are they recording harmonic tremors. Obviously land slips. But are the powers that be recording other Earthquake swarms and not telling us.

They sent like 100 geologists out to that area of the big landslip after the plate broke to confirm that scientists insistance that it did indead break. Never did hear anything after that. There was also that scientist that died working on those buoys in the area.

You know thats a pretty big fluctuation prior to these Earthquakes.Thats big fluctations when an Earthquake is not in progress...??? Good thing they are not in habitable areas.

Are they recording harmonic tremors. Obviously land slips. But are the powers that be recording other Earthquake swarms and not telling us.

They sent like 100 geologists out to that area of the big landslip after the plate broke to confirm that scientists insistance that it did indead break. Never did hear anything after that. There was also that scientist that died working on those buoys in the area.

I feel there is a possible correlation between the constant buoy events in the last month and the latest Scotia eq's, I am trying to see if there are other buoy patterns like Bending Light's theory below which was proven over and over,

USUALLY (at least for the last 6 events) the pattern was as follows:

1) Indonesian buoys in event mode
2) Alaskan buoys in event mode
3) LARGE EQ in Northern part of South America.

One of the closest buoys is BUOY Station 55015 - TASMAN SEA 1 - 1110km ESE of Hobart near New Zealand, which is the last buoy in event a couple of days ago and evented a few times in October

An interesting theory I came across and posted before was the correlation between New and Full Moon and Earthquakes specifically to CA and the east side of the ring of fire. A connection has been made higher probability of eq at predawn and dawn and within 36 hours of a full or new moon (before and after).

The last Mexico earthquake occurred on Oct 19, 2013 - M6.5 - 91km SW of Etchoropo, Mexico 2013-10-19 17:54:55 UTC.
Though it didn't occurr at predawn or dawn it did occurr in the 36 hour full moon period. The Last full moon was October 18, 2013

The Next full moon is tomorrow November 17, 2013 16:15 (GMT)
