Instead of letting them show us how much we need them, we need to show them we have stuff covered.
Quoting: Storm* THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS exactly what i've been saying. i can't understand people arguing about this when YOU have the exact same sort of tools to reach out to people in this type of situation. i for one have never even seen or heard about an amber alert, but i have seen plenty of missing dogs/cats on social media and those reports reached people across the country who have no chance in helping. Social Media has been very successful in this.
