So what that means is that the photos are from ST88 - and it has nothing to do with the Black Knight story originating from 1960?

Exactly. It's another internet red herring picked up by people wanting to increase traffic towards their UFO websites. The original Black Knight story is entirely different and I have no strong view on it.

That makes it a little more exciting, in my opinion. Most of the UFO stories are bullshit, but the ones you don't hear about might be true. Just imagine how many spaceships there are on the bottom of the ocean.
